2. Item shipped and in transit
3. Delivered to our warehouse
4. Inspected and processed within 1–5 business days
5. Store credit or refund issued

If you chose a Green Return (keep the item):

1. Return submitted through our portal
2. Processed within 1–3 business days
3. Store credit, refund, or replacement issued

Store credit is sent via email as a unique code, ready to use immediately.

Refunds to original payment may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
