When you submit a return, you can choose from the following options:
Keep Your Item — Partial Refund
Don't want to ship anything back? Keep the item and receive a 50% partial refund to your original payment method. This is the quickest option available.
Store Credit (Best Value)
Choose store credit and receive a 10% bonus on top of your credit value.

| Keep your item | Store credit minus 30% restocking fee + 10% bonus |
Example: If your item was £30 and you ship it back, you'll receive £33 in store credit.
Replacement
Want a different size or style? Choose a replacement and we'll ship your new item. You can keep the original — a 30% restocking fee applies.
