We want you to love your Bellux purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We offer returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale, lingerie, swimwear, and personalised items are not eligible for return.

When you submit a return, you'll be able to choose the option that works best for you:

• Store Credit — receive your full credit + a 10% bonus. You can ship the item back or keep it (30% restocking fee applies if kept).
• Replacement — swap for a different size or style. Keep the original item — a 30% restocking fee applies.
• Partial Refund — keep the item and receive 50% back to your original payment method. No shipping needed — this is the fastest option.
• Full Refund — ship the item back for a complete refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Once your return is submitted, you'll have 14 days to ship it back (it just needs to be scanned at the post office within that time). For "keep your item" options, no shipping is needed and processing is typically faster.
