My tracking isn't updating — what should I do?Updated 5 hours ago

If your tracking appears stuck or hasn't updated in a while, don't worry — this is common with international shipping and doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with your order.

Here's why this can happen:

  • International transit: Parcels moving between countries may go several days without scanning updates
  • Customs processing: Your parcel may be held temporarily at customs, which doesn't always trigger a tracking update
  • Carrier delays: High-demand periods and local holidays can cause temporary delays in scanning

What to do:

  1. Wait a few days — tracking often updates in batches after a period of inactivity
  2. Check the tracking link again after 3–5 business days
  3. If there's been no update for more than 7 business days, please contact us via live chat or contact form and we'll investigate with the courier
