If you've already filed a chargeback with your bank, here's what you need to know:
Can I still get a refund from Bellux?
Not while the chargeback is active. Once a payment dispute has been filed, we are unable to process any refund on our end. The matter is now between you, your bank, and our payment processor. Any resolution must come through the chargeback process.
Can I withdraw the chargeback?
Yes. If you'd prefer to resolve the issue directly with us (which is usually faster), you can contact your bank or card provider and ask them to withdraw the dispute. Once the chargeback is dropped and the funds are released back, we can then work with you to process a refund, replacement, or any other resolution.
How long will the process take?
Chargebacks typically take between 60 to 120 days to resolve. During this time, the funds are on hold and neither you nor Bellux has access to them.
