I didn't receive my order confirmationUpdated 5 hours ago

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you haven't received it, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — search for an email from Bellux or containing your order number
  2. Check the email address — make sure the email you used at checkout is correct
  3. Wait a few minutes — during peak times (sales, new launches), emails may take a little longer to be sent

Entered the wrong email or only provided a phone number?

All order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery tracking information are sent by email only. If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, or only provided a phone number, you will not receive any of these communications.
