Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery progress online through the courier's tracking page.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday–Friday) for your tracking number to be sent after dispatch
- It may take 5–10 days for tracking updates to appear on the courier's website after dispatch — this is normal for international shipments
- If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder
- Your items may be shipped in more than one parcel, so you may receive multiple tracking numbers
