Haven't received your store credit?Updated 6 hours ago
Before contacting us, please check the following:
- Has your return been delivered? — Store credits are issued within 1–5 business days of your return being received at our warehouse. If you chose a Green Return, it may take 1–3 business days.
- Check your spam/junk folder — Search for an email with the subject line containing "Bellux" or "store credit"
- Check the email address — Store credit is sent to the email address used on your original order
