Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes such as adding or removing items, changing sizes, or modifying product options.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat or contact form on our website. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, but we cannot guarantee this.
Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Once delivered, you can submit a return through our Returns Portal if needed.
